To celebrate our 8th Birthday, Saudé Creek will be partnering with Chef by Design Catering Co. to serve an amazing five course food and wine experience with a carefully selected array of wines from whites, to reds, to even a few choices from the library! The event will be hosted down in the cellar with one of our Wine Ambassadors, Ben Hellier, and he'll be leading our guests through their wine journey. This is a perfect evening to share with friends, family, and loved ones.
Begin the evening in the Tasting Room with an exclusive mini-tasting of 3 wines from the library. Not familiar with library wines? These are wines that are no longer available in the tasting room, and represent our previous vintages.
Then we will move down into the Cellar where you can see where all the magic happens. Chef by Design Catering Co. will be providing an amazing selection of small plate eats that are perfectly matched with 5 of our wines. Ben will take you through each pairing, giving you an experience to truly savor!
